ROME, THE COMPANY & MAJOR PROPERTIES

Rome Resources Ltd. [Rome] is incorporated in British Columbia. Rome has three wholly-owned subsidiaries, Roma Recursos de Mexico, S.A. de C.V., and Minera Jackman, S.A. de C.V., both incorporated in Mexico, and Rome Nevada Inc., incorporated in the State of Nevada, U.S.A. Rome's properties, all in Mexico and Argentina (click "Projects"), are held with 100% interest in mineral rights. 

Major properties held by Rome in Mexico include: (i) the Inguaran Valley Porphyry Copper-Silver-Gold-Tungsten Property (6,928 hectares) in the state of Michoacan, (ii) the Don Luis Silver-Gold-Tungsten Greisen-Porphyry Property (27,731 ha) in the state of Sonora, (iii) the Los Muertos Bulk Silver-Gold Property (2,636 ha) in Sonora, and (iii) the La Colorada Bulk Gold-Silver Property (27,461 ha) in Sonora.

Rome is directly registered to do business in Argentina. The major holding in Argentina is the Varvarco Gold-Vein and Gold-Porphyry Project [12,636 ha] in the province of Neuquen. Major prospects in this project are: breccia and porphyry gold at Auque Breccia and Auque Cap, and (ii) pyrite-gold veins at Santos.
