Rome Resources Ltd. (TSX-V:RMR) wishes to announce a private placement of 600,000 units at $0.15 per unit, each unit consisting of one share and one-half of one warrant, each full warrant entitling the holder to buy one share for $0.20 for a period of two years, subject to regulatory approval. The proceeds of the placement will be used for exploration and general working capital purposes.
